THREE
PENCE BROOKE is a condominium community located in Ocean County,
Jackson, N.J.
The
community has 213 units consisting of two and three
bedroom residences, many with finished lofts.
Parking
throughout the community provides for each home to have
two reserved spaces.
Residents
here are of diverse age groups and situations. There
are young upwardly mobile professionals, singles, newlyweds,
families and retirees, just to name a few.
The
Club House has a meeting room and rest room facilities.
A pool area is adjacent to the Club House and includes:
- A
rectangular 30 by 60 ft. pool which is 3 feet to 7
feet in depth with 1,500 sq. ft. area.
- A
circular wading pool 15 feet in diameter with a depth
of 9 to 12 inches.
- A
decking area for sun bathing.
- The
pool area is fenced and has approximately 50 chairs.
There are also 2 playgrounds located within the community.
A
copy of the Master Deed, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations
along with the budget and financial reports are available
for a small fee.
