VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION FORM

Volunteers needed in the following functions:

(1) Nightly 50/50 Sales - 50/50s will be pulled nightly during the Carnival. If you can yell “50/50,” you can sell 50/50s!

(2) Game booth operations - Games of chance are a big part of any carnival. Two (2) volunteers needed in every game trailer, at all times. Sign up with a friend!

(3) Nightly Ticket Booth Sales - Ride tickets are on sale at several air-conditioned ticket booths during operating hours.
Two (2) volunteers needed in every ticket booth, at all times.

(4) Security - Security patrols assist guests with parking, monitor the parking lot, and supplement the Township police presence on the Carnival grounds.

(5) Parking Lot - Lot attendants direct guests into and out of the grounds and monitor the parking lot..

(6) Nightly clean-up - The nightly clean-up detail empties trash receptacles in the Carnival.

(7) VIP Day (12PM - 3PM) - Need help with Parking and more.

IMPORTANT:

• Volunteers are encouraged to sign-up for one or more full nights.
• All volunteer functions, with the exception of Nightly Cleanup, require a minimum time commitment of two (2) hours.
  
• Please indicate your preferences and availability below.
• You will be contacted in May by a member of the Volunteer Staffing Committee to confirm your registration.
